The FCX sales staff has engineering expertise as well as unique industry backgrounds which brings insight to many projects that could otherwise be overlooked.  Several members of the sales staff team also serve as project managers on jobs, which helps to instill accountability and also provides a single point of contact from the order to job completion. The service department is proactive. The Service team keeps quality control, sales and engineering up to date on any service call finding that could improve our products in the future.
