FCX Employee of the Month – Jan. 2018

Jeremy Whetzel

Rick West
The Employee of the Month is always a hard working individual, and this month is no exception. In the years since he first started working at FCX, the January Employee of the Month has always performed his job to the best of his ability. No matter what that position may be, and there have been many over the years, he has put every effort into making sure that FCX could be proud of the products that went out the door.

Quickly learning whatever new tasks are asked of him, he moves forward without the need for extensive training. All the while helping to train others that are new to these tasks. He’s always eager to help other employees who may need assistance; learning from those more experienced and teaching those who are not.

He is willing to do whatever is needed of him and his attention to detail makes it easy for those around him to trust his work. And even if that work should turn out less than perfect, he doesn’t hesitate to accept responsibility and make it right.

These are all traits that help to make this person worthy of this award. Please join me in congratulating the January 2018 Employee of the Month, Jeremy Whetzel.
