FCX Employee of the Month – February 2017

Mark Mayfield

Mark Mayfield

If you are looking for this individual on the production floor you may not see him upon first glance. He is usually hidden inside of a unit hard at work doing his job. He has a great deal of pride in his work and has become very knowledgeable with the mechanical build up of the Boeing units . In fact , this individual has become a “go to” person for any mechanical issues that may arise on the floor.

He is known to be creative and resourceful when dealing with issues on the production floor; and he takes it upon himself to keep build reference notes to help himself and others continue to build a high quality product.

He always has a cool head and is willing to help wherever he is needed , and is always willing to offer suggestions to help FCX become a much better place.   FCX is fortunate to have him as part of our team. Please join me in congratulating the February, 2017, FCX Employee of the month, Mark Mayfield.
