FCX Recognized with 2011 Innovator Award

FCX Systems presented with 2011 Innovator Award

FCX Systems was named West Virginia's recipient of the Southern Growth Policies Board's 2011 Innovator Award.  The 2011 Innovator Awards were presented at the organization's 2011 Chairman's Conference  on Manufacturing in the South held June 13-14, 2011 in Roanoke, Virginia and hosted by Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.  The Innovator Awards are presented annually to one organization in each of the Southern Growth's  13 member states in recognition of initiatives and organizations that are improving economic opportunities and the quality of life in the region.  The 2011 Innovator Awards recognized private sector businesses in the South that have achieved success through adoption of innovative manufacturing practices.  The Southern Growth Policies Board is a non-partisan public policy think tank based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina and formed by the region's governors in 1971.  More information on this award may be found at http://www.southerngrowth.com/innovators/innovators2011_main.html.
