FCX Systems, Inc. & Twist, Inc. Form Strategic Partnership

FCX Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that on February 28^th of this year, FCX Systems, Inc. and TWIST, Inc. (www.twistinc.com) formed a strategic partnership involving the pre-conditioned air product line. Specifically, FCX sold the intellectual property rights for the PCAIR product line to TWIST and, simultaneously, the two companies entered into a multi-year agreement for the sales, marketing, and distribution of a comprehensive package of ground support product lines, to include Power, PCAIR, and Hose Management (BOOMAIR) systems. To ensure the continuity of the quality FCX PCAIR design, Mr. Robert Woo has transitioned from FCX to TWIST to serve as the Chief Engineer for the PCAIR product line. TWIST’s extensive 40-year experience and expertise in quality and automated manufacturing will serve to enhance the PCAIR product line from both an efficiency and quality standpoint. FCX will continue to market, sell, and have complete access to a comprehensive PCAIR product line. Importantly, FCX will continue to maintain warranty and maintenance coverage for FCX manufactured PCAIR units.

This key business partnership allows FCX to focus on what has been the core of our business since its inception in 1987 – the manufacturing of Power Conversion equipment, including solid state and diesel powered GPU’s – yet maintain access to quality PCAIR products. In short, this partnership is a win-win for FCX, TWIST, and our combined customers in the aviation industry.

As we have for the past 25 years, the FCX Team will continue to design, build, and distribute outstanding products that are based on quality engineering, innovation solutions, and superior service.
